Here are her tips:
Increase intake of probiotic rich foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, coconut yoghurt and kefir into your daily diet.
Boost collagen, gut health and minerals in your body by drinking bone broth.
Eat more foods high in vitamin A or carotenoids like papaya, pumpkin, eggs, dark green leafy vegetables, broccoli, sweet potatoes, kale, spinach, fish oils and carrots.
Add more foods high in zinc like nuts, pepitas, seeds, seafood and organic meats.
Enjoy foods with good Vitamin C nutrients like citrus, kiwis, strawberries, red peppers, cabbage, mangoes, green leafy vegetables, papaya, broccoli, cauliflower and berries.
