A stunning white wedding was just celebrated on Wildfoot Travel’s Akademik Loffe expedition in Antarctica. Conny Bartl, part of the team who runs Hebridean Sky & Island Sky with Wildfoot Travel, was lucky enough to be on-board the expedition with the happy couple.
“What a privilege to feel part of this intimate experience and to share not just the ceremony but the incredible natural world. I found it very spiritual and very much inclusive, as did my fellow passengers,” she says.
This most recent wedding isn’t the first time Wildfoot Travel have seen a couple wed on one of their Antarctica expeditions.
