The Swissôtel Sydney has stamped itself onto the Sydney scene as one of the most innovative and stylish city properties, having completed a stunning redesign by leading Australian design firm CHADA. With sophisticated new Signature Rooms and Suites and a refurbishment of all other rooms, as well as a striking new look in the lobby, the Swissotel has an all new allure.
It’s not just the look and feel of the hotel that has changed; the Swissôtel has a talented young Australian chef, Joshua Askew in the role of Executive Chef – the youngest Executive Chef in the Swissôtel stable. Joshua has introduced a vibrant selection of locally sourced, seasonally inspired, fresh dishes in a new Summer Menu for Jpb restaurant. As a self-proclaimed “new generation” chef, he has a deep passion for sustainable and seasonal cuisine.
Joshua has been joined a new young Head Pastry chef, Tracy Allesina, who is French-born and creating beautiful patisserie for the hotel’s High Tea, and desserts for the signature restaurant Jpb.
